Our membership process isn’t just a box to check—it’s a rite of passage. This process exists to ensure those who walk this path with us understand the depths we traverse and honor that within themselves and others. Here, respect is ritual, integrity is law, and trust is woven into every interaction. We are guardians of this sacred space, and our membership onboarding process has been intentionally crafted. There are multiple steps and a ton of questions, each of which is there with purpose.

Steps for In-Person Memberships

1. Complete Online Form

Yes, we check IDs at the door of our events to verify age and to ensure the safety and integrity of our community. Rest assured, your information is secure, encrypted, and never shared outside of our leadership. We hope all feel more secure at our events knowing this.

2. Attend In-Person Policy + Safety Orientation and Live Interview

At orientation, we share the community agreements that shape The Collective, ensuring that every member starts from the same foundation of understanding. This isn’t just about rules—it’s about aligning our energies, improving communication, and setting the tone for the journey we’re all on together. It’s a required rite of passage for everyone, and also a powerful opportunity to meet others walking this path, connecting with fellow applicants as you step deeper into our world.
