The Collective Dungeon Features

The Domination Hall (aka Mainstage)
Our Mainstage is the heart of The Collective, featuring a St. Andrew’s cross, a spanking bench, CBT Bondage Chair and two ceiling suspension hardpoints for those looking to reach new heights. A social gathering area with chairs and tables makes it perfect for mingling or unwinding between scenes.

Mainstage Lounge and Play Room
Here, a two-person throne and a spanking bench await, creating a space for power dynamics and playful interactions. It’s the perfect spot to hold court or share moments of intensity and connection.

Medical Play Room
For those drawn to the clinical and the curious, our Medical Play Room is equipped with an examination table, a variety of medical props, and accessories. From straitjackets to anatomy posters, everything is arranged to create an authentic experience, including a sharps container for those who practice with precision.

Bondage and Impact Play Room
For those who revel in restraint and release, this room offers a mounted St. Andrew’s cross, a bondage chair, and a large floor cage. The adjustable LED lighting sets the perfect mood, casting a glow on every scene.

  • 2-Hour Main Space Rental with Rigging Point

    $100 ($50 for Members)

Please Note: The entry lounge cannot be rented separately, and the mainstage is only available for rent with the private lounge and bathroom. The office remains a private space and is not available for rental.

Space Code of Conduct:

  • Respect the Space: Use a barrier between your skin and our furniture—bring a towel or drop cloth. We cherish our velvet couches and porous materials—no sweaty skin, please.

  • Hygiene Rules: No play involving bodily fluids—water sports are strictly off-limits.
